Does your website have a Privacy Policy + Terms of Use?

|

If you’re a Nonprofit, Coach, or a Consultant, you should.

📜 A Privacy Policy is legally required in most states if your website collects any personal data—like emails, IP addresses, or if your site uses cookies.

🛑 A Terms of Use Agreement protects you. It outlines user rights, limits your liability, and sets clear rules for using your site, services, and content.
