Curiosity takes the form of asking lots of questions, reading lots of business books and learning about how other businesses are run. It is a thirst for continuous learning.
Non-Conformity in business is deviating from what is expected. It gives a business a competitive edge by increasing innovation, sparking creativity, promoting diverse perspectives, and encouraging a willingness to challenge the status quo. Non-Conformity encourages fresh ideas and approaches to tackle issues that might be overlooked by conforming to existing norms.
Low-Ego refers to a leadership style where the needs of the company and team are prioritized. It is acknowledging your limitations, actively learning from others, listening to others, receiving feedback without becoming defensive, and not needing to be the center of attention. Essentially, Low-Ego is putting your ego aside to make better decisions for the business as a whole.
Courage is about making big decisions. An example is deciding to not advertise and instead grow organically by building a following and an opt-in email list. Courageous decisions like these allow you to grow and go from strength to strength.
